Job Description
• Managing incoming calls and revert calls, chats course enquiries.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an educational field.
• Influences students to join Neet
• Course and give course information and price quotations.
• Build sustainable relationships with students
• Maintain call log and generate appropriate reports
• Keep records of customer interactions, process student’s accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Explain products or services in detail.
• Should speak the local language, Tamil and English

Skills
• Having good written and spoken communication abilities.
• Being self motivated and flexible.
• Having high attention to details.
• Minimum Work Experience of 0 – 3 Years.Freshers may also apply.
• Having networking abilities.
• Being able to understand social media.
• Should believe in Teamwork, Cooperation and Helping Others Out Whenever Needed.
