Job Description

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization in the field of Information Technology (IT). You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure we hire the best candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or technology recruitment.
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations and best practices in recruitment and selection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Human Resources.
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or GitHub.
Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
